21 year old male, non-ambulatory in need od a Nurse. He lives with mother /stepfather. Diagnoses include severe IDD, spastic quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, neurmusclar scoliosis, epilepsy, hypertonia of all4 extremities. He needs assistance with all his daily needs feeding, bathing, grooming, medication monitoring and administering, feedings, entertainment. He requires suctioning daily and all his foods must be pureed. Needs constant monitoring for seizures.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour
